Travel Itinerary
Brief Itinerary - Day 1: Saturday
11:00am - Leave from Borivali East in AC commute. Pick ups available on the way.
1:00-2:00pm - Lunch at Kasara. (self-pay)
4:00pm - Reach Camping site. Check in to your tents.
4:15pm - Hi tea and snacks
4:30 - 6:00pm - Go for swimming. (Lake water may vary).
6:00 - 8:00pm - Music is ON. Get on the dance floor
8:00pm - Dinner time.
9:00pm - Get in the bus and head to see the fireflies. (45 mins drive). Back to campsite at 11:30pm
11:30pm - Ghost stories, karaoke and other games around Bonfire.
1:00am - Check into your tents. Sleep well.
Brief Itinerary - Day 2: Sunday
7:00am - Wake up call, take a walk near the lake. Play outdoor games.
8:00am -Breakfast served.
9:30am -Depart for home with beautiful memories. Lunch on the way.

- 60% refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the trek.
- No refund for cancellations made at the last moment or within 24 hours of the trek.
- Cancellation by Organizer:
- If the tour is canceled by the organizer due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- Safety & Responsibility
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the guides.
- Wearing life jackets (if water activities are involved) is mandatory.
- The organizer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings due to participant negligence.
- Health & Fitness Requirements
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions before booking.
- The trek may not be suitable for individuals with severe health conditions (e.g., heart issues, severe asthma, etc.).
- Liability & Indemnity
- The organizer is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage to belongings.
- Participants take part at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver.
- Weather & Itinerary Changes
- The itinerary may change due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes beyond the organizer’s control.
- Code of Conduct
- Respect for nature, local communities, and fellow participants is expected.
- Littering, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Disruptive participants may be removed from the tour without a refund.
- Photography & Media Release
- The organizer may take photos/videos for promotional purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed should inform the team in advance.
