Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Participant:
- 30+ days before the trek (1 month or more) – 80% refund.
- 7-29 days before the trek (1 week to 1 month) – 50% refund.
- 4-6 days before the trek (less than 1 week) – 20% refund.
- Less than 3 days before the trek – No refund.
- Dropping out mid-way during a trek – No partial refund.
2. Credit Voucher Option:
- If cancellation is made 7+ days before the trek, participants can choose a 100% credit voucher instead of a refund. This voucher can be used for future treks within a specified period.
3. Cancellation by Urban Trekkers:
- If a trek is canceled by us due to bad weather, safety issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Transfer of Bookings:
- Participants can transfer their booking to someone else with prior notice:
- One week’s notice for major treks.
- Two days’ notice for weekend trips.
5. No-Show Policy:
- If a participant does not show up on the day of the trek, no refund will be provided.
6. Payment Gateway Fees:
- Razorpay or other payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
