1. Introduction
Welcome to Urban Trekkers! By booking a trek or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
• Full payment is required to confirm your spot. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

• Most treks are suitable for children. However, participants under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian unless the trek is specifically designed for kids with supervision provided.
• Any age-specific requirements will be clearly mentioned in the trek details.

• Urban Trekkers provides necessary trekking gear. Any loss or damage to the provided equipment will be chargeable.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the trek.

• Urban Trekkers may take photos and videos during treks for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for these images to be used in marketing materials, social media, and advertisements.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance.

• Participants are expected to arrive at the meeting point on time.
• In case of late arrival, a courtesy call will be made. However, if the participant does not show up in time for departure, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

• If a trekker drops out mid-way through a trek, no partial refund will be provided.
• Urban Trekkers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule treks due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.). In such cases, alternative dates or refunds will be offered.

• Bookings can be transferred to another person with prior notice:
• One week’s notice for major treks.
• Two days’ notice for weekend trips.

• Treks involve risks, and participants undertake them at their own responsibility. Urban Trekkers is not responsible for accidents, natural disasters, or personal losses during treks.
• Participants must follow the trek leader’s instructions at all times.
• By booking a trek, participants agree to indemnify Urban Trekkers against any claims, losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during the trek.

• We collect necessary personal details for booking and communication. Your data will not be shared without consent.

• Urban Trekkers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
