Brief Itinerary - Day 01
- 4:00 AM - Departure from Mumbai
- 7:00 AM - Reach Lonavala and have breakfast
- 8:00 AM - Reach the base of the fort and start the hike
- 9:30 AM - Enjoy the view at the top, click pictures
- 10:00 AM - Descend to the base village
- 12:00 PM - Reach the campsite and freshen up
- 12:30 PM - Have lunch
- 1:30 - 3:30 PM - Enjoy at the campsite or go for swimming and kayaking at the lake
- 4:00 PM - Hi tea and snacks
- 5:00 PM - Depart for Mumbai with beautiful memories

Urban Trekkers – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Safety
•All participants must be physically fit for the chosen trek. If you have any medical conditions, please consult a doctor before registering.
•Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise stated in the trek details.
•Participants must follow instructions from trek leaders at all times for their safety and the safety of the group.
2. Booking and Confirmation
•Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of trek fees.
•Details of meeting points, inclusions, and what to carry will be shared in a WhatsApp group created for each trek.
3. Indemnity Form
•All participants are required to fill and submit an indemnity form at least one day before the trek.
•The completed form must be uploaded in the respective trek WhatsApp group.
4. Transportation
•Bus seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
•No specific seat requests will be entertained.
5. Food and Accommodation
•Meals will be provided as per trek and camping availability.
•No additional food requests will be accommodated.
•Jain participants may reach out in advance for available options, but availability is not guaranteed.
6. Behavior and Conduct
•Smoking, alcohol consumption, and vaping are strictly prohibited on all single-day treks.
•Any participant found not following rules, regulations, or being disrespectful towards others will be issued a warning.
•If the behavior continues, the participant will be asked to drop out or sent back at their own expense.
•Urban Trekkers is an LGBTQIA+ supportive community, and we expect everyone to respect this inclusive environment.
7. Languages
•The primary languages used by our trek leaders and participants are Hindi, English, and Marathi.
•For Spanish-speaking trekkers, Spanish is also available.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
•30+ days before trek: 80% refund
•4–29 days before trek: 50% refund
•Less than 3 days before trek: No refund
Substitution for Local Treks
•You may transfer your booking to someone else at least 1 day before the trek.
•Same-day substitution will not be accepted.
Himalayan Treks (Vouchers Only – No Cash Refunds)
•More than 21 days before trek: 100% retainable voucher
•7–21 days before trek: 50% retainable voucher
•Less than 7 days before trek: No voucher / No refund
Voucher Validity
•Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
•Can be redeemed for any future Himalayan trek organized by Urban Trekkers.
Substitution for Himalayan Treks
•Substitute participants must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to trek departure.
•Requests within 7 days will not be accepted.
9. Loss or Damage
•Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
•Any damage or loss of trekking gear provided by Urban Trekkers will be chargeable.
10. Mid-Trek Dropout
•No partial refunds will be given if a participant chooses to drop out of the trek after it has begun.
