Your safety is our top priority. Each trek is led by certified trek leaders trained in first aid and emergency response. Every trek includes a difficulty level in the description—such as Easy, Beginner, or Moderate. Please choose a trek based on your fitness and comfort level. Reach out to us if you need help choosing!
 3. What kind of shoes should I wear?
Trekking shoes with good grip are highly recommended, especially during the monsoon season. On basic walking trails, you may wear sports shoes, but trekking shoes offer better comfort and safety.
 4. Are these treks crowd-free?
Yes! Most of our treks and camps are designed to be crowd-free. We select offbeat, premium locations and carefully plan itineraries to avoid rush hours and popular trails. You’ll enjoy nature in peace with minimal to zero crowd at most sites.

Yes, children aged 8 and above are welcome on suitable treks. Please check the age recommendations in the specific trek description before enrolling your child.
 9. Are your treks suitable for solo travellers?
